Ingredients: 2 tbsp Ghee, 1 medium Onion Chopped, 1 ½ cup soaked basmati rice, I tsp. each : Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric Powder. Water (to soak the rice), ½ cup each : Boiled Beans and Boiled Chick peas Coriander. Directions: 1. Heat ghee in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in Onions and cook until onions turn color. 2. Add basmati rice, cumin powder, cayenne pepper, coriander powder, cardamom powder and stir until masalas are slightly cooked. 3. Add water, and once it boils add the boiled beans and the boiled chick peas and simmer for 20 min. 4. Garnish with coriander and serve.
